Tess Zinio has been promoted to project engineer at Q&D Construction, where she will be a member of the the construction team building the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center at University of Nevada, Reno.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Zinio has 14 years of experience managing projects, property and services.
She joined Q&D in 2004 as a project administrator.
