The Commonwealth Real Estate Companies of Lake Oswego, Ore., has opened an office in Reno to oversee its holdings in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center east of Sparks.
Commonwealth represents 96 acres in seven parcels at TRI and is under contract to acquire an additional 80 acres. It has been involved in northern Nevada projects for three years.
Sandra McLeod, principal broker and president of company, will move to Reno to manage the office at 5476 Reno Corporate Drive. Its phone is 852-9292.
The Commonwealth Real Estate Companies have commercial, industrial and residential properties in California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada.
