William Kueffer has joined the planning and landscape architecture department in the Reno office of Lumos & Associates.
Kueffer was director of planning and land use for the City of Santa Fe, N.M., from 1995 to 1998. He also served as principal of Santa Fe Design Associates, a consulting firm.
He holds a bachelor's degree in geography and architecture from the University of Denver and a master's degree in landscape architecture from the University of Arizona.
