The Reno Land & Cattle Co. has completed preliminary paving and curbing for a new building on a two-acre site at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center east of Sparks.
Plans call for a 30,000-square-foot steel structure that will be divided into six 5,000-square-foot units.
Two of the units already have been sold. The building is scheduled for occupancy early next year.
Isbell Construction of Truckee will handle the construction and the land excavation is being handled by JB Enterprises.
