Syncon Homes, a Minden-based homebuilder, has entered the Reno-Sparks market with the Shadow Ridge community in Spanish Springs. Homes range from 2,317 to 4,350 square feet in the project.
The company's seven previous communities were in Carson City and Dayton. It plans to launch McCauley Ranch Estates in south Reno next year.
