Kent D. Aveson and Corby G. Anderson have been named to the board of directors of Sparks-based Golden Phoenix Minerals.
Anderson is director and principal process engineer for the Center for Advanced Mineral and Metallurgical Processing at Montana Tech in Butte.
Aveson is director of continuous improvement for Barrick Goldstrike Mines in Elko.
