Sylvia Samano, who previously served as the Reno-based president of AT&T Nevada, has been named AT&T's vice president for external affairs in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Samano has 28 years experience in the telecommunications industry, holding management positions in marketing, public relations, advertising and government and regulatory affairs.
