Clark & Sullivan Constructors of Sparks has begun work on the 320,000-square-foot, $33 million Sparks Crossing Shopping Center on Pyramid Highway near Los Altos Parkway.
The project owned by AIG Baker will include retailers Michael's, Cost Plus World Market, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Ross, Shoe Pavilion, Office Max and Petsmart.
The center, designed by WPH Architecture, is scheduled to be complete in February.
