Jack Owens has been hired as health hotline manager by Hometown Health, the insurance division of Washoe Medical Center.
Owens, who has worked 26 years in the health-care industry, most recently was a nurse manager for Washoe Medical Center.
He earned his bachelor's degree in nursing from Brigham Young University.
