Kym Fabel has been named program manager for the North Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce.
She previously worked as central reservations manager for the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association.
Fabel graduated from University of California, Davis, with a degree in geology and worked at the Monterey Bay Aquarium four years before coming to the Lake Tahoe area.
