Susan L. Fisher, the owner and president of Fisher Consulting LLC in Reno, has been appointed to the board of the Reno Downtown Improvement Association.
Fisher, a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, provides political and public relations consulting through her firm. She's the former director of public policy for Sierra Pacific Resources.
