Dish Cafe & Catering at the corner of Mill and Kirman is expanding. But not the 38-seat dining area; rather, the tiny 100-square-foot kitchen will quadruple in size to accommodate two more kitchen staffers and the upcoming weddings and summer catering season, says owner Nancy Horn who with partner Joe Horn currently employs five.
