Kerri Garcia has been hired as director of public relations of the Reno office of R&R Partners.
Garcia previously was vice president and director of publication relations at the Rose/Glenn Group in Reno. Previously, she spent five years as director of entertainment and public relations and communications manager for Harrah's. She also has worked as media relations coordinator for Washoe Health System (now Renown Health), as public information officer for the National Judicial College, and as a member of the White House advance team for Vice President Dan Quayle.
She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Reynolds School of Journalism.
