Reno legal trio take media company reins

Three Reno attorneys have taken top management positions at a media company based at Irvine, Calif.

David R. Houston has become the president and chief executive officer of Firesky Media, Alan Teegardin has become executive vice president and James L. Kelly has been named to the board of directors.

Joining the three attorneys will be Ronald Peek as secretary of Firesky Media. Peek, soon to retire as database administrator for the City of Reno and a real estate investor, will be secretary of the company.

Publicly held Firesky plans to become involved in publishing and data mining. Its stock was trading on the Pink Sheets at 1 cent a share last week.

The company has said it plans to move its headquarters to Reno.
