Chris Fairchild has joined Industrial Properties of Nevada, where he will oversee leasing and sales of industrial and investment properties.
Fairchild previously worked at Ticor Title of Northern Nevada and also is experienced as a real estate investor.
He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
