Michelle Hulbert and Dean Lucich, mortgage financial planners with CTX Mortgage in Reno, have earned the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists.
The designation is granted by the CMPS Institute of Ann Arbor, Mich., after successful completion of an examination.
