Marcilyn Littlefield has been appointed director of group practice operations for Renown Health's ambulatory services.
With 19 years of healthcare administration experience, Littlefield was previously with Capital OB/GYN Inc., Mercy General Hospital, Catholic Healthcare West and the Sutter Health System in Sacramento.
She also has worked for health-care organizations in Alaska.
Littlefield earned a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Southern California.
