Michael Douglas has been promoted to chief estimator in the general engineering division of Q&D Construction.
Douglas, who joined Q&D in 2002, has worked 15 years in the construction industry.
He earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a graduate degree in construction management in civil engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno.
