Kam L. Chan has been promoted to director of tax administration for Barnard, Vogler & Co. in Reno.
A certified public accountant, Chan has more than 25 years of tax and accounting experience.
She holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Chico, and a master's degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
