The Nevada State Contractors Board suspended the license of Schroeder Enterprise Ltd., a Reno company that does business as Hilltop Buildings.
The board also ordered the company to stop work on any projects it has under way.
Hilltop abandoned multiple construction projects, performed substandard work and failed to maintain financial responsibility, state officials said. The board said it will conduct a full disciplinary hearing within 60 days.
