L&M Funds LLC, the developer of Vineyards Executive Suites at 4894 Sparks Blvd. has secured financing from First Independent Bank of Nevada for the purchase of the building at Tanamera's Vineyards Professional Campus.
Vineyards Executive Suites will include 11 suites ranging from 143 to 378 square feet, said Rosemary Loven of Loven Real Estate, who is overseeing the project. Escrow is scheduled to close March 28.
