Itronics hires marketer

Itronics Inc. of Reno said it will pay 15 million in restricted shares of its common stock to Wallstreet Direct Inc. of New York for corporate marketing services.

The stock is worth $250,000, Itronics said, and can be registered for public trading after June 30. Itronics recycles photochemicals into fertilizer products and silver bars.
