Steve Trounday has been named corporate senior vice president of marketing for Navegante Group, which manages the casino at Grand Sierra Resort and operates Casino Fandango in Carson City.
Trounday previously worked more than three years as vice president of marketing for the Reno Hilton and since the purchase of the property last June, the Grand Sierra Resort.
Navegante Group also operates gaming properties at the Plaza Hotel and Casino and the Las Vegas Club in Las Vegas and the Red Lion in Elko.
