Brad Woodring, economic development executive in northern Nevada for Sierra Pacific Power Co., has been named chairman of the Reno chapter of the Keaton Raphael Memorial.
The organization provides patient services that otherwise aren't available and seeks to establish long-term medical services for children battling cancer and their families.
