Jim Harris has been promoted to general manager of the Resort at Red Hawk, and Scott Whittemore has been promoted to assistant general manager of the property developed by Wingfield Nevada Group.
Harris also will retain his position as chief financial officer of Wingfield Nevada Group.
He holds a business degree with a concentration in finance from California State University, Chico, and a master's degree in taxation from Golden Gate University at Sacramento.
Whittemore joined the Wingfield Nevada Group in 2006 as a project manager.
He holds a bachelors' degree in political science from the University of San Diego and a law degree from Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas.
