Mike Lemke has been named Nevada division president of Syncon Homes.
Lemke comes to the Minden-based company after working 10 years in the San Francisco Bay area for D.R. Horton, where he most recently was senior vice president of operations for the homebuilding company.
Lemke previously worked with his family's business, Lemke Construction, which specialized in recreational products and second homes.
He succeeds Andy Mitchell, who becomes chief financial officer of Syncon's California, Nevada and Arizona divisions.
