Scott Kelley has joined Emerald Cascade Systems Inc. as the marketing coordinator for its 20 northern Nevada Jack-in-the-Box restaurants.
He previously was owner of Northern Nevada Real Estate Photography and served in the military 11 years.
He earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
