Leasing has begun on two neighboring projects that are believed to be the first executive suites businesses in Sparks.
Vineyards Executives Suites is at 4894 Sparks Blvd. and Vineyards Professional Campus Executive Suites at 4874 Sparks Blvd. both are located in The Vineyards Professional Campus developed by Tanamera.
Vineyards Executives Suites is owned by L&M Funds LLC, whose members include Rosemary and Frank Loven and Larry and Kristi Manchester, all of Sparks.
Rosemary Loven, who owns Loven Real Estate in Reno, is handling leasing of the project, which is projected for early spring occupancy.
She plans to move her firm to Vineyards Executive Suites and will provide on-site management. She said the developers believe the suites are the first of their kind in Sparks.
The 4,168-square-foot project includes 11 office spaces ranging from 143 square feet to 378 square feet. Monthly lease costs range from $858 to $2,268.
Vineyards Professional Campus, developed by Tanamera, includes seven suites ranging from 115 square feet to 150 square feet. Monthly rents range from $700 to $900.
In both projects like most executive suite developments tenants will share a receptionist and other facilities such as fax and copy service.
