Tom Flaherty has been named player development manager of Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
Flaherty has 24 years of gaming experience, including executive director positions at John Ascuaga's Nugget and the Atlantis as well as managerial positions at the Eldorado and Peppermill.
He earned a business degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
