Land sales at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center during 2006 totaled $57 million, said L Lance Gilman Commercial Real Estate Services, the prime developer of the industrial complex.
The largest parcel was 20,000 acres purchased by a consortium of real estate investors operating as NV-Reno Industrial, LLC. The firm plans housing, retail and light industry on the property that is located in the Lyon County portion of the industrial center.
