Strictly Form, Inc., a personal-training gym in Reno, has moved to 161 Country Estates Circle in southwest Reno.
The appointment-only gym founded in 1995 by Sandi Messineo also added two trainers, Trina Spaulding and Dave Lacy. They join Messineo, Cathy Brewer-Ravera and Lisa Winter on the company's staff.
