BTI Group Mergers & Acquisitions of Reno said last week it brokered the recent sale of the Fuelmeister division of Sparks-based Biodiesel Solutions Inc. to a division of Tech Laboratories.
Tim Davis and Katrina Loftin of BTI Group Mergers and Acquisitions represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
