Ribeiro readies flex project for Stead

The Ribeiro Companies plans Quail Ridge North, a 56,000-square-foot industrial flex space on 3.5 acres in Stead

Besides being centrally located, the site was selected because no other small flex space development is available in that area, says Erin Riccio, leasing and sales manager with Ribeiro.

Some units will be for sale and some for lease.
