Frankie Vigil has been hired as public relations account supervisor in the Reno office of R&R Partners.
Vigil, who has seven years of public relations experience, most recently worked as an account executive at Rose/Glenn Group in Reno. She also worked as physician relations coordinator for the Northern Nevada Medical Center and managing public relations for John Ascuaga's Nugget.
She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
