Panattoni Construction Inc. expects to complete a 500,758-square-foot distribution facility in Tahoe Reno Industrial Center next month.
The concrete tilt-up project, built for Union Property Capital at 2777 USA Parkway, has expansion capabilities of up to 780,758 square feet.
Larry Macias Architecture designed the facility.
