Kim Coulter-Davis of United Construction in Reno has been installed as chairman of the Reno High Sierra 99s, an organization of women pilots.
Other officers include Diane Bigby of Bigby & Associates in Reno as vice chairman and retirees Neita Montigue as secretary and Lynn Meadows as treasurer.
