Ronald Capp has been named director of business development by Reno-based Dickson Realty.
Capp, who has worked 18 years in real estate, previously was president and chief executive officer of Home Web INC, a real estate and lending company in San Jose. He also was president of the Real Estate Training Institute in San Jose.
His earlier experience included work as a real estate agent and as an account executive for America Online.
