Daniel Hernandez has been promoted to general manager of Caughlin Club and will oversee the club's 115 fulltime and contract employees.
He previously was fitness director of the club. He has worked as a fitness instruction for more than 10 years.
Hernandez holds a master's degree in public health from the University of Nevada, Reno.
