Texas developer to sell Tahoe projects

Crescent Real Estate Equities Co., a Fort Worth company, said last week it plans to sell its residential developments in the Lake Tahoe area.

The company's residential development projects in the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas include Northstar Village, Northstar Highlands, Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing.

Crescent said it wants to focus exclusively on its office properties. It didn't set a timetable for the sale of the Tahoe-area projects.
