David Noble has been named utilities hearings officer and assistant general counsel by the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada.
Noble joined the PUC in 1997 as an administrative attorney. He also has held positions as assistant general counsel and assistant staff counsel.
He earned a bachelor's degree in international relations and environmental studies from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his law degree at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
He succeeds Jan Cohen, who was named as general counsel of the PUC.
