The Nevada State Contractors Board's added Thomas William Mathews and Leland Leslie Carroll to its 10 Most Wanted in Northern Nevada. Mathews is wanted for contracting without a license and failure to pay restitution. Carroll is wanted for contracting without a license and failure to pay restitution.
Mathews did damage to a homeowner's residence and left the job unfinished. Carroll is a repeat offender, and likewise left the homeowner's job unfinished.
