Employers Holdings, Inc. distributed cash and common stock to the eligible members of its predecessor, EIG Mutual Holding Company, as consideration in its conversion in February. Total value of the consideration distributed to Nevada policyholders was $850 million. The publicly-traded company based in Reno provides workers compensation insurance.
