First National Bank staff

Rick Abend has been named Vice President/Branch Manager for the First National Bank of Nevada Sparks branch at 780 Vista Blvd. Abend has been with First National Bank of Nevada for five years. He previously managed their Neil Road branch in Reno.

Abend started his career in banking as a vault teller in Nevada nearly 24 years ago. He earned his B.S. degree in Business management at Morrison University in 1997.

Three others have also joined First National Bank of Nevada's Sparks branch. Royal Freestone joined the bank as customer service manager. She manages two customer service representatives and handles other duties as needed in her new position. She brings four years banking experience to First National Bank of Nevada and has lived in Nevada for 24 years.

J.C. Conway and Toni Bohanan have also joined the branch as customer service representatives. They will handle new accounts, loan requests, and teller duties in their new positions.
