Fitch Ratings placed on Rating Watch Positive the ratings assigned to Sierra Health Services, Inc. and its affiliates. The rating action follows SIE's announcement of an agreement under which UnitedHealth Group will acquire all of the outstanding shares of SIE. The rating action affects approximately $21.8 million of SIE's outstanding public debt.
