South-Reno office building under way

Construction has started on a 35,000-

square-foot office building in Sierra Corporate

Center.

CB Richard Ellis, a real estate brokerage

firm,will occupy half the building when it is

completed. The other half has yet to be

leased, said Matt Riecken of CB Richard Ellis.

Trammell Crow Construction is the general

contractor on the building designed by

Tectonics Architects.
