Vidler Water Co. expects to begin delivering water to the North Valleys from its Fish Springs Ranch pipeline in early 2008.
The company, a unit of PICO Holdings Inc., said last week it expects to complete construction this month and begin testing next month.
The pipeline will deliver 8,000 acre-feet of water annually to the North Valleys.
