Mark Tulman has joined the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce as member representative for the Sparks, Fernley, Fallon and the North Valleys region.
Tulman previously owned his own business, worked as a senior account executive for AT&T Wireless and was a personal banker for U.S. Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree from California State University.
