Renown Medical Center has purchased three acres in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, but a Renown spokesman says the organization doesn't currently have any plans for the property.
Renown paid $653,400 for the property at the corner of Italy and USA Parkway in the industrial center east of Sparks.
Don Butterfield, a spokesman for Renown, said the organization is studying the medical needs in the area before it begins plans for the property.
