Dermody Properties of Reno has retained CB Richard Ellis to handle leasing of a 65-acre industrial development known as LogistiCourt at Silver Lake in Reno.
It marks the first time Dermody has outsourced leasing of a northern Nevada project. Eric Bennett of CB Richard Ellis will oversee the leasing.
