Clayton Slieff has been named room chef at MonteVigna Italian Ristorante at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.
Slieff, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Greystone Campus, has 40 years experience in the culinary field and previously worked at country clubs and casino properties in Northern Nevada.
